I became a therapist to help empower individuals to live in alignment with their authentic selves. With a passion for genuine human connection, I found that helping people connect with themselves aligns with my own purpose. I want to be a source of guidance and encouragement for individuals from underrepresented and diverse communities and those who do not feel at home in their own bodies, due to past trauma.

I approach each person with curiosity, compassion, and openness while creating a safe and collaborative space for healing. I believe every individual has unique strengths and welcome people from different ethnic backgrounds and identities. Creating a warm and safe space for others is a fundamental value in my work as it helps us connect authentically while allowing us to explore our inner selves.

Therapy is meant to invoke change and introspection so it is important for my clients to feel safe and welcomed from the very start. My top priority during a session is to meet you where you are in order to explore comfortably and safely. Together we will work towards finding that spark within that empowers you to live authentically.
